As a part of ongoing Child-Find efforts our district is committed to ensuring that we keep up with screening children even during this time of enhanced safety measures due to Covid 19. As we are mindful of the amount of visitors to the district buildings at this time, we have changed our screening process for the 2020-21 school year. Appointments will be required to complete a screening this year. There are two options available:

Contact our office at 715-284-1618 and schedule an in-person screening. At that time an Ages and Stages (ASQ) developmental questionnaire will be mailed to you.

4K Registration
Any child who will be turning 4 by September 1st, 2021 and will be attending our 4K program in the Fall MUST attend in order to complete the registration paperwork. Please bring an original birth certificate so we can verify your child’s birthdate.
